We recommend 3-5 pieces per person if hor d'oeuvres are being served before dinner
and 7-15 pieces per person for a cocktail party
All items are $2.00 per piece; except where otherwise noted.

Slow cooked pork ribs with a slightly spicy soy and sweet chili glaze
garnished with sesame seeds, fresh basil, green onions and cilantro

ASIAN ALMOND SHRIMP
Large butterfly shrimp fried crisp and laced with soy ginger sauce, served with our
sweet Asian chile glaze and toasted almonds ($2.50 per piece)

DUCK EMPANADAS
Roast duckling, cheese, onions, red and green bell pepper wrapped in a tender pastry
and then fried golden brown accompanied by a Zydeco dipping sauce

PANINIS
Choice of Philly Beef, Sedona Chicken, Portobello Veggie or an assortment of the three

CHICKEN QUESADILLAS
Cheddar and jack chesses, green chilies, chipotle aoli and Pico de Gallo.
